Consultant shall communicate on a regular basis with contractors, workers, building and trade organizations, and other community entities and provide in-services to District personnel.
Section 7.3. There shall be an official District personnel file for each Faculty Member.
School District personnel, counselors, and administrators will be responsible for all communication with parents.

However, appropriate District personnel shall be given a reasonable opportunity in advance of any emergency situation, to tour public areas of the Facility for the purpose of determining (solely the District’s responsibility for purposes of this Agreement) the suitability of any generally public area of the Facility for use under this Agreement.
The training should be provided to all relevant District personnel who will have a role in implementing the revised policies and procedures or otherwise ensuring the provision of accommodations to students with disabilities enrolled in dual-credit courses as described in Action Item #1.
The District will continue to provide training to all District teachers, administrators, school aides, school security officers, and any other District personnel charged with supervising students, making disciplinary referrals, and/or imposing disciplinary sanctions.
By December 31, 2015, and annually thereafter, the District will conduct training for its Title IX Coordinator, deputy coordinators (if any), and all District personnel who are directly involved in processing, investigating and/or resolving complaints of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, or who otherwise address the District’s compliance with Title IX.
