Trash and Garbage. Resident shall dispose of trash in accordance to the rules outlined in the Facility handbook.
Trash and Garbage. Garbage and refuse from the premises is to be placed in designated areas, inside the carts or dumpsters provided. No garbage cart, waste, refuse, supplies, or other articles should be left in the common areas. It is the policy of the City of Tuscaloosa, Environmental Services, all garbage carts be returned to the residence in the evenings after trash removal. If Landlord deems it necessary to clean-up trash on said premises - party trash, cigarette butts, bagged garbage, boxes, etc. including, but not limited to bagged trash not placed in dumpster or cart, the Tenant will be charged a $60 service charge if trash is not picked up by 9 a.m. the following day.
Trash and Garbage. Concessionaire will provide for timely and adequate sanitary handling and removal of all trash, garbage and other refuse caused as a result of Concessionaire's operations. Concessionaire agrees to provide and use suitable covered receptacles for all garbage, trash and other refuse in its Assigned Area. Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels or similar items shall not be permitted in a public area. Concessionaire shall maintain the Assigned Area in a neat, orderly and clean condition. There shall be no food, papers, or rubbish visible at any time. This requirement includes the regular cleaning of the grease traps to prevent stoppage of the outside sewer main.
Trash and Garbage. LESSEE will provide and pay all costs for the complete and proper disposal and timely removal of all refuse resulting from its operations. LESSEE will provide and use appropriate covered receptacles for all refuse at the Property. Piling boxes, cartons, barrels or other similar items in view of a public area will not be permitted. XXXXXX is responsible for the proper disposal of its refuse in such a manner as not to contaminate or restrict sewer lines.
Trash and Garbage. Lessee shall be responsible for the proper collection, transportation and placement of garbage, trash, and refuse associated with their operation in the furnished receptacle(s). At the sole discretion of the Chief, Lessee may be required, at its sole cost and expense, to provide a complete and proper arrangement for the adequate sanitary handling and disposal away from the Leased Premises of all trash, garbage, and other refuse resulting from, or in any way associated with, Lessee’s operations herein. Such arrangements shall include, but not be limited to, the use of suitable covered metal receptacles at the Leased Premises for such garbage, trash and other refuse. Lessee shall be given thirty (30) days written notice of such requirement.
Trash and Garbage. Lessee shall not bury, incinerate or otherwise dispose of any trash, garbage, used equipment, solvent, chemicals, lubricant or other petroleum products upon the Premises or allow any such material to escape onto adjoining properties.
Trash and Garbage. Tenant is to place trash and garbage in plastic bags, tie them shut, and place them in the designated area for pickup. Tenant is to keep the pickup area clean and free of all loose trash and garbage. The Tenant's diligent help in this regard will prevent the attraction of insects and rodents and generally make for a more pleasant atmosphere.

Concessionaire shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide a complete and proper arrangement for the adequate sanitary handling and disposal away from the Airport of all trash, dry and wet garbage, and other refuse resulting from, or in any way associated with, Concessionaire’s use of the Leased Premises. Concessionaire shall take appropriate action in the handling of waste materials to prevent the presence of rodents and other vermin. Such arrangements shall include, but not be limited to, the use of suitable covered metal receptacles at the Leased Premises for the temporary storage of all such garbage, trash, and other refuse. Concessionaire shall keep all garbage materials in durable, fly-proof and rodent-proof, fireproof containers that are easily cleaned. The containers shall have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers, and shall be kept tightly covered when material is not being deposited in them. Concessionaire shall clean the containers, as necessary, to prevent odors. Concessionaire shall not allow boxes, cartons, barrels, or other similar items to remain within view of public. Concessionaire shall not deposit any of its trash or other refuse in any containers except those designated for Concessionaire’s trash. The County may provide this service for a fee and reserves the right to direct Concessionaire’s route for garbage and other refuse removal. Concessionaire shall also be required to participate in any County re-cycling programs at the Airport.
Trash and Garbage. (a) The ENGLAND AUTHORITY will provide only common-use garbage disposal dumpsters adjacent to the Terminal Building. CONCESSIONAIRE may dispose of office waste generated by CONCESSIONAIRE’s operations at the AEX.
(b) The ENGLAND AUTHORITY will supply and maintain a dumpster at the Service Facility for CONCESSIONAIRE’s use in common with other On Airport Rental Car companies. The cost of maintaining said dumpster shall be included in the annual O&M budget for the Service Facility.
(c) CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to keep the outdoor portions of the Service Facility clear and free of all litter, garbage, debris, and refuse, and to keep such Premises and area in an orderly and sanitary condition at all times. CONCESSIONAIRE shall be responsible for removal of litter, garbage, and refuse from the portion of the Service Facility utilized by CONCESSIONAIRE. Bins and containers of a type and location approved by the Executive Director or their designee may be maintained for the temporary storage of garbage or refuse.
Trash and Garbage. 9.1 Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building. All trash shall be placed in receptacles provided by Tenant within the interior of its Premises. No materials shad be placed in the trash boxes or receptacles if such material is of such nature that it may not be disposed of in the ordinary and customary manner of removing and disposing of trash and garbage in this area without violation of any law or ordinance governing such disposal. All trash, garbage, and refuse disposal shall be made only through entryways and elevators provided for such purposes and at such times as Landlord may designate.
