Clerical and Administration Sample Clauses

The 'Clerical and Administration' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to clerical and administrative tasks within an agreement or project. It typically outlines which party is responsible for maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing documentation, as well as any standards or protocols to be followed. By clearly assigning these duties, the clause ensures that administrative processes run smoothly and that there is accountability for essential support functions, thereby reducing the risk of miscommunication or oversight.
