Administration Grade. 4 ‘Clerical and Administration Grade 4’ shall mean an employee who has had the appropriate level of training who prepares cash payments summaries, banking report and bank statements, calculates and maintains wage and salary records, follows credit referred procedures, applies purchasing and inventory control requirements, posts journal to ledger etc at a higher level of responsibility than Grade 3. Provides detailed advice and information on the establishment’s products and services, within their own functional area utilising a high degree of interpersonal skills. Provides guidance to other employees, may check and allocate work and may supervise staff.

Administration Grade. 2 Shall be an Employee classified and appointed as such, who has the appropriate level of training to perform the tasks/functions within the position descriptions assigned to this Grade, but not limited to: • Fluent use of all computers, their systems and programs (training will be provided on specific Rack’n Stack related programs) • Perform Point of Sale procedures - including preparing quotes and processing customer orders (performing a sale) • Assist in management of inventory and stock takeCustomer service in all aspects • Answering the phone, transferring calls and handling enquiries • Maintenance of manual and/or computerised records. • Till banking & reconciliation • Maintenance of records and/or journals including initial processing and recording relating to the following: o reconciliation of accounts balance o incoming/outgoing cheques o invoices o debit/credit items o payroll data x xxxxx cash system o letters etc. • Perform all secretarial, administrative and book-keeping procedures for your branch including o Creditors & debtors o Management of bank account daily o Reconciling accounts o Reports
Administration Grade. 3 • Employees at this grade shall be a management Employee classified and appointed by the Employer, who is paid in accordance with clause 3.9.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Shared Leave Administration A. The calculation of the recipient’s leave value will be in accordance with applicable Office of Financial Management policies, regulations, and procedures. The leave received will be coded as shared leave and be maintained separately from all other leave balances. All paid leave accrued must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.1. Accrued vacation leave and paid military leave allowed under RCW 38.40.060 must be used prior to using shared leave for employees qualified under 13.2 A.2. All paid leave, except sick leave, must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.3 and 13.2 A.4.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Rating of Overall Educator Performance The Educator’s overall performance rating is based on the Evaluator’s professional judgment and examination of evidence of the Educator’s performance against the four Performance Standards and the Educator’s attainment of goals set forth in the Educator Plan, as follows:

  • Tax Administration (a) The Trust and the Certificate Paying Agent, upon direction from the Sponsor, shall comply with all withholding and backup withholding tax requirements under United States federal (including, without limitation, Sections 1441, 1442, 1445, 1446 and 1471 through 1474 of the Code), state and local law. The Certificate Paying Agent shall request, and the Certificateholder shall provide to the Certificate Paying Agent, such forms or certificates as are necessary to establish an exemption from withholding and backup withholding tax with respect to the Certificateholder and any representations and forms as shall reasonably be requested by the Trust to assist it in determining the extent of, and in fulfilling, its withholding and backup withholding tax obligations. The Certificateholder, by acceptance of the Certificate, agrees to provide to the Certificate Paying Agent, upon its request, the FATCA Information. In addition, the Certificateholder, by acceptance of the Certificate, agrees that the Certificate Paying Agent has the right to withhold any amounts (properly withholdable under law and without any corresponding gross-up) payable to the Certificateholder that fails to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence.

  • PAY ADMINISTRATION 62.01 Except as provided in this Article, the terms and conditions governing the application of pay to employees are not affected by this Agreement.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described.
