Such training will be in the following area: (1) Microsoft Office Programs such as (a) Word, (b) Excel, (c) Power Point, etc.; (2) Skyward; and (3) any other programs, machines and/or materials used for clerical work. No clerical member will be compelled to attend training in an area where the worker has demonstrated proficiency.
