Common use of Client Data Clause in Contracts

Client Data. SUBRECIPIENT shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, race, ethnic group, head of household, city of residence, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, household status, racial demographics and description of service provided, and such other information as may be requested by CITY. Such information shall be made available to CITY monitors or their designees for review upon request.
