CLIENT MEMBERSHIP FEES. NurseContact offers several membership plans for Clients, and each includes access to certain features and services of the Site, as described on the Site here (each plan a “Client Membership Plan”). Current Client Membership Plans are NurseContact Basic, NurseContact Plus and NurseContact Business. NurseContact Basic is free and does not require a monthly membership fee. Fees for Client Membership Plans, if any, automatically renew until they are cancelled as described on the Site and this Agreement. NurseContact reserves the right to change membership fees, change the features and services included in each Client Membership Plan, change the membership fees or fees for certain premium services or options, or institute new fees at any time, in each case upon reasonable notice posted in advance on the Site for existing Users. No refunds of fees already paid will be given. If NurseContact exercises its right to cancel a membership, NurseContact will not refund the membership fee already paid unless otherwise required by law.

  • Unit Member Any employee of the Board of Education who is a member of the unit, including substitutes and home and hospital teachers.

  • Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.

  • Membership Fees 59.01 The Employer shall reimburse an employee for the payment of membership or registration fees to an organization or governing body when the payment of such fees is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of the employee’s position.

  • Membership Fee Program Member agrees to and shall pay the Member Amenities Fee as provided in the Membership Agreement.   • UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST A. The City shall provide the Union with a list of Unit employees in alphabetical order with the following information in compliance with State law for each employee on said list:

  • Membership Dues Deduction Any unit member who is a member of the Teachers 20 Association of Long Beach, CTA-NEA, or who has applied for membership, may 21 pay a lump sum cash payment to the Association or sign and deliver to the District 22 an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees and 23 general assessments in the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District 24 shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of such dues from the regular salary warrant of the unit 26 authorization after the commencement of the school year shall have deducted one- 28 periods.
