Automatic Membership Renewal. You must pay your Upwork membership fees through your Upwork Escrow Account. The membership billing period begins on the date that Upwork receives payment. Upwork membership fees are calculated from the beginning of that billing period. After any free membership period, Upwork automatically renews your Upwork monthly membership, and you irrevocably authorize and instruct Upwork Escrow Inc. to make the required monthly payments to Upwork on your behalf. Automatic renewal occurs on the first day after the expiration date.

Automatic Membership Renewal. With the purchase of a Membership for the upcoming CF Montréal Season, Members agree to an automatic renewal Membership program.   • Automatic Renewal Each Schedule will renew automatically at the end of the then-current Schedule Term for a Schedule Renewal Term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement by either You or Company.

  • AUTOMATIC RESIGNATION a. If an employee fails to report to his/her worksite, and has given no notification to his/her appointing authority or direct supervisor, the employee shall be considered absent without leave. If an employee is absent without leave for five (5) consecutive workdays, such employee shall be considered to have voluntarily resigned from County service. A notice of automatic resignation shall be sent by certified mail to the employee's last known address.
