Client's warranty. The Client warrants that any Advertising Materials created or provided by the Client or its employees, contractors or agents are owned or licensed by the Client and that their use, broadcast or communication by SCA in accordance with the Agreement will not breach the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Client's warranty. The Client represents and warrants that it has not relied on any representation made by Xxxxxx that has not been expressly stated in this Agreement.
Client's warranty. Client represents and warrants Client has any and all consents and authorizations as may be necessary for Bazaarvoice to provide the Services. If Client has Bazaarvoice import any of Client’s content that exists prior to this Agreement, Client further represents and warrants that it has any and all consents necessary to use such content.

The client warrants that it is authorized to publish the print advertisement under the heading and in the territory indicated on the reverse side of this Contract, and to display the digital advertisement and the Website. The client warrants that it holds all permits or licences which may be advertised, including any license to practice issued by any professional or other regulatory body exercising its jurisdiction over the client's activities. The client further warrants that it holds all the rights to use the trade-marks or trade names included in the print and digital advertisement and the Website and that such use does not violate any provision of any law or statute, including the Trade-Marks Act, the Copyright Act and any other law or statute relating to intellectual property.
Client's warranty. The client warrants that it is authorized to publish the Advertisement, and to display the Website, and that neither the Advertisement nor the Website violates any law and that the Website Services will not violate any law applicable to client. The client also warrants that it holds all permits or licences which may be necessary, including any license to practice issued by any professional or other regulatory body exercising jurisdiction over the client's activities. The client further warrants that it holds the rights to use the trademarks or trade names included in the Advertisement or on the Website and that such use does not violate any provision of any law or statute, including the Trade-Marks Act (Canada), the Copyright Act (Canada) and any other law or statute relating to intellectual property.
Client's warranty. Client represents and warrants that (i) in relation to the Services, Client will comply with all applicable laws, codes, regulations and ordinances in all material respects;
Client's warranty. The Client represents and warrants that it has not relied on any representation made by Kaplan that has not been expressly stated in this Agreement.
Client's warranty. The Client warrants that it has not relied on any oral representation made by empath-e or upon any descriptions, illustrations or specifications contained in any catalogues and publicity material produced by it which are only intended to convey a general idea of the products and services mentioned therein.
Client's warranty. Client represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing use of Test Articles and any products related thereto, and agrees to use Test Articles and any products related thereto solely for the purposes set forth in, and in accordance with, any approved uses therefor. Client represents and warrants that it owns or possesses, has access to, or is licensed under all patents, patent applications, inventions, improvements, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, information, proprietary rights, processes and know-how necessary for the Test Article, and the performance of the Study will not result in any infringement, misappropriation, violation of any agreement, or conversion of or conflict with the rights of third parties. Client has not received, nor has any knowledge of, any conflict with the asserted rights of other individuals or entities with respect to any intellectual property rights used or to be used in connection with the Test Article. Client represents and warrants that it is sufficiently self-insured or possesses sufficient insurance coverage against any liability arising under this Agreement.
