Client's warranty. The Client warrants that any Advertising Materials created or provided by the Client or its employees, contractors or agents are owned or licensed by the Client and that their use, broadcast or communication by SCA in accordance with the Agreement will not breach the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Client's warranty. The Client warrants that it has not relied on any oral representation made by empath-e or upon any descriptions, illustrations or specifications contained in any catalogues and publicity material produced by it which are only intended to convey a general idea of the products and services mentioned therein.
Client's warranty. Client represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing use of Test Articles and any products related thereto, and agrees to use Test Articles and any products related thereto solely for the purposes set forth in, and in accordance with, any approved uses therefor. Client represents and warrants that it is sufficiently self-insured or possesses sufficient insurance coverage against any liability arising under this Agreement.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty The Goods include the manufacturer’s standard limited parts warranty to replace defective parts covered under such warranty exclusive of labor. Labor is warranted by the Elevator Contractor for 90 days following installation. The manufacturer’s parts warranty may require that the Goods be maintained throughout the warranty period by an authorized manufacturer’s representative under a separate maintenance contract. Any warranty is conditioned on written notice to the Elevator Contractor within warranty period and contingent upon receipt of final payment to Elevator Contractor.

  • Services Warranty The Contractor warrants and represents that each of its employees, Subcontractors, or agents assigned to perform any services under the terms of this Agreement shall have the skills, training, and background reasonably commensurate with his or her level of performance or responsibility, so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner. The Contractor further warrants that the services provided hereunder will conform to the requirements of this Agreement. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the Judicial Council, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the services provided hereunder.

  • Customer Warranty Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Services must always comply with all applicable Laws and this Agreement.

  • Service Warranty Provider has carefully examined and analyzed the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to all exhibits attached and incorporated into it, and can and will perform, or cause, the Services to be performed in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Agreement. Services will be performed in a timely, professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with all applicable industry and professional standards.
