Clinical Services Fees. If Contractor renders Clinical Services and is also the Business Administrator, the Practice will pay Contractor in accordance with the Business Administrator Terms and Conditions. If Contractor is not the Business Administrator, the Practice shall pay Contractor, for the Clinical Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, the rate established by the Practice in consultation with the Business Administrator (the “Clinical Services Fees”). The Practice will pay the Clinical Services Fees to Contractor upon request of the Business Administrator. Except for any termination by the Practice pursuant to Section 3(c) of this Agreement or paragraph K of these Clinical Services Terms and Conditions, the Practice shall pay Contractor all Clinical Services Fees with respect to Clinical Services rendered by Contractor on or before the date of termination or expiration. The Practice’s obligations under this paragraph L shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
