Closing an Account. If your account is closed before interest is credited, you will receive any un-posted interest accrued as of the last calendar day prior to account closure. Goals – You may allocate the principal balance of your account for specific purposes (“Goals”) that you create. You cannot enroll in Goals without having an account. Once you have established a Goal, you can designate money sent from your PayPal balance be directly applied to a specific Goal. All balances not allocated to a Goal will be shown on your account dashboard in the “general savings” balance (“General Balance”). You can also reallocate money between Goals and between Goals and your General Balance. All interest earned on your account will be credited to your General Balance. If you have established one or more Goals, when you withdraw funds from your account to your PayPal balance, you can designate whether the funds should be deducted from any Goal. Any Goals you create are for illustrative purposes only and your account is a single deposit account regardless of whether you create any Goals. If we receive legal process related to your account, it will apply to all your funds, regardless of whether they have been allocated to any Goals.
Closing an Account. If your account is closed before interest is credited, you will receive the un-posted, accrued interest.
Closing an Account. You or we may close your Money Market Deposit Account at any time, subject to our right to require you to give us seven (7) days written notice of your intent to withdraw your funds (see Withdrawals). In addition, Money Market Deposit Accounts will be closed automatically if we do not receive your Initial Deposit within thirty (30) days of the date on which your Money Market Deposit Account is opened. You may close your CD Account at maturity without penalty. Any other closure of your CD Account may be subject to an early withdrawal penalty (see Truth in Savings Disclosure). At closure of your CD Account, you will be paid interest to the date of closure and then any applicable early withdrawal penalty will be assessed. We may also close your CD Account at maturity without advance notice. In addition, your CD Account will be closed automatically if you have not funded your CD Account within sixty (60) days of the date on which your CD Account is opened. If your Account has a balance when we close it, we will return remaining funds to you, less any applicable penalty, unless prohibited by applicable law. If you close your Account and items are later presented against your account, we are not liable for any losses or damage that may result from dishonoring any items. If your Account is overdrawn when we close it, you agree to pay immediately all amounts you owe us. If you request to close your account within ninety (90) days of opening the Account, the balance in your Account will be returned via ACH to the External Account from which it was originally funded.
Closing an Account. 3.1 You may request that we close an Account with a credit or zero balance (but please see below what may happen if you ask to close your Reference Account). Please specify the Account to which any funds are to be transferred.
3.2 If you ask to close your Reference Account, we may terminate these Wealth Management Terms of Business in accordance with paragraph 33 (Termination).
3.3 An Account will remain open unless you, or we, or both of us, elect to close the Account for any reason under these Wealth Management Terms of Business.
3.4 For terms relating to an early withdrawal of a Deposit, see paragraph 2 of Part 2, Section 3 (Withdrawals).

If your Account reaches a zero balance, or if you apply for an Account but never deposit funds in it, we may either keep the Account open or close the Account without notice to you. Closing an Account. You may close an Account subject to the terms of this Agreement by notifying us in writing or over the phone. If you close an Account, you must still repay the total balance in accordance with this Agreement. We may also close any of your Accounts or suspend Account privileges at any time for any reason. We may do this without prior notice to you unless required by law. You must return any card to us upon request.
Closing an Account. You may close your Global Account at any time by contacting Client Support and withdrawing any surplus balance held at that time. If you do not withdraw your balance before closing your Global Account, we will seek to automatically return any remaining funds to you, except as prohibited by applicable law or otherwise in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Closing an Account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time, with or without notice to you. You also have the right to close your account, subject to any other Rules which may apply. (Special rules apply for Time Deposit accounts. See Rules for Specific Accounts on page 21.) You will receive any available balance in your account, less applicable service charges, or as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and any checks presented after the account is closed will be returned unpaid. In the event your account is closed for cause, you agree that Interaudi Bank may report this information, in accordance with applicable law, to a credit reporting agency.
Closing an Account. You can close your Currencycloud Account at any time by contacting the Agent or our Client Support. To close your account, you will need to withdraw any funds that are in it at the time it’s closed.
