CLOTHING - NON-TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEES. (a) Employees in the classes listed below, except Agency of Transportation and those provided with uniforms under Section 1 above, shall receive a twenty-five dollar ($25) allowance at the beginning of each fiscal quarter for the purpose of purchasing indoor work clothes. Armory Caretaker BGS Sprinkler System Specialist BGS Maintenance Mechanic I BGS Maintenance Mechanic III BGS Maintenance Specialist BGS Utility Mechanic Buildings HVAC Specialist Buildings Systems Specialist Custodian I, II, III, & IV Institutional Maintenance Mechanic Liquor Maintenance Worker Maintenance Mechanic A & B Maintenance Mechanic I & II Military Storekeeper and Stock Clerk B in Military Department Motor Equipment Mechanic C Electrician Senior Institutional Maintenance Mechanic State Buildings Plumber (b) The Buildings and General Services Department shall provide to each employee in the positions listed in Appendix J one (1) pair of safety shoes or boots, whichever the Department determines is appropriate. The shoes and boots shall be replaced on a direct exchange basis. (c) The Buildings and General Services Department shall provide to each employee in the positions listed in Appendix J two (2) work shirts annually.
