CLOTHING - NON-TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEES. (a) The Buildings and General Services Department shall provide to each employee in the positions listed below one (1) pair of safety shoes or boots, whichever the Department determines is appropriate. The shoes and boots shall be replaced on a direct exchange basis.
