Common use of Clothing Supply Clause in Contracts

Clothing Supply. (a) If a particular type of work clothing or special apparel is required by the nature of the faculty member’s job, such clothing or apparel shall be provided by the Employer. (b) The Employer agrees to supply at no cost to faculty members all pieces of health and safety apparel and equipment required by Workers’ Compensation.
