Club Fines. A fine imposed by a Club pursuant to Regula- tion 5 of the Uniform Player’s Contract in excess of $10,000 may not be deducted from the Player’s salary until such fine is finally upheld in the Grievance Procedure or the time in which to file a Grievance has expired.
