Club Level Seats. StadCo shall have the exclusive right to license any or all of the Club Level Seats during the Term, and StadCo shall retain all License Fees and other revenues derived therefrom; provided, however, that the duration of any license with respect to any Club Level Seat shall expire no later than the end of the Term (whether due to the attainment of the Stadium Lease Expiration Date or any earlier termination or cancellation of this Stadium Lease in accordance with its terms). Licensees of Club Level Seats shall have the right to purchase tickets to utilize their Club Level Seats for Civic Events in accordance with Section 2.4(h) if tickets to such Civic Event are sold.

Club Level Seats. The Bills shall have the exclusive right to license any or all of the Club Level Seats during the Term, and the Bills shall retain all License Fees and other revenues derived therefrom; provided, however, that the duration of any license with respect to any Club Level Seat shall expire no later than the end of the Term (whether due to the attainment of the 2013 Stadium Lease Expiration Date or any earlier termination or cancellation of this 2013 Stadium Lease in accordance with its terms). Licensees of Club Level Seats shall have the right to purchase tickets to utilize their Club Level Seats for Civic Events in accordance with Section 2.3(g) if tickets to such Civic Event are sold.

  • Level 4 An Employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of an Employee at Level 3.

  • Level 2 If the grievant is not satisfied with the written answer from his/her manager the grievant may, within ten (10) days from the receipt of such answer, file a written appeal to the appointing authority. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Level I If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussions, the supervisor shall give a written decision on the grievance to the parties involved within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to his or her current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Senior Level Negotiations If after fifteen (15) Days of receipt of the Dispute Notice Response by the submitting party or, in the event that the receiving party fails to timely submit a Dispute Notice Response, either Party may, by providing written Notice to the other party, request that the Dispute be resolved by direct negotiations between senior level negotiators of the parties (“Senior Level Negotiations Notice”). It is within each party’s discretion to determine who constitutes a senior level negotiator, and this person may be, among other possibilities, a senior executive or in-house counsel. The senior level negotiators shall confer as often as they deem reasonably necessary to exchange information and attempt to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) Days after the Senior Level Negotiations Notice is given to the other party.

  • Position Level Select whether the employee's position level is one of the following: 6a. Non supervisory - Anyone who does not have supervisory/team leader responsibilities.

  • Level IV a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level III, he/she may file the grievance within five (5) days of the Level III response for transmittal to the Board.
