Co-Carrier Cross-Connect. As stated in Section 5 of the Collocation Attachment, CLEC-1 may connect to other CLECs within the designated Central Office in addition to, and not in lieu of, interconnection to BellSouth services and facilities. Where BellSouth must construct a cable rack structure to house the co-Carrier cross-connection, construction charges will be applied on an individual case basis. BellSouth shall provide an estimate of these charges in the Application Response. Where an existing cable rack structure is in place and has sufficient capacity to accommodate the co-Carrier cross-connection requested, the recurring charges as stated in this Exhibit A shall apply.

Co-Carrier Cross-Connect. A Co-Carrier Cross Connect (CCXC) is a cross connection between PTLLC and another collocated telecommunications carrier, other than BellSouth, in the same BellSouth Premises. Where technically feasible, BellSouth will permit PTLLC to interconnect between its virtual or physical collocation arrangement(s) and that (those) of another (or other) collocated telecommunications carrier(s) within the same BellSouth Premises via a CCXC, pursuant to the FCC’s Rules. The other collocated telecommunications carrier’s agreement must contain CCXC rates, terms and conditions before BellSouth will permit the provisioning of a CCXC between the two collocated carriers. The applicable BellSouth charges will be assessed to the telecommunications carrier requesting the CCXC. PTLLC is prohibited from using the Collocation Space for the sole or primary purpose of cross- connecting to other collocated telecommunications carriers.

Co-Carrier Cross-Connect. In addition to, and not in lieu of, obtaining interconnection with, or access to, BellSouth telecommunications services, unbundled network elements, and facilities, Adelphia may directly connect to other Interconnectors within the designated BellSouth Central Office (including to its other virtual or physical collocated arrangements) through facilities owned by Xxxxxxxx, or the other Interconnector(s) Adelphia is directly connecting to, or through BellSouth facilities designated by Adelphia, at Xxxxxxxx’s option. Such connections to other carriers may be made using either optical or electrical facilities. Adelphia may deploy such optical or electrical connections directly between its own facilities and the facilities of other Interconnector(s) without being routed through BellSouth equipment.
Co-Carrier Cross-Connect. In addition to, and not in lieu of, obtaining interconnection with, or access to, BellSouth telecommunications services, unbundled network elements, and facilities, Maxcess may directly connect to other Interconnectors within the designated BellSouth Central Office (including to its other virtual or physical collocated arrangements) through facilities owned by Maxcess or through BellSouth facilities designated by Maxcess, at Maxcess’ option. Such connections to other carriers may be made using either optical or electrical facilities. Maxcess may deploy such optical or electrical connections directly between its own facilities and the facilities of other Interconnector(s) without being routed through BellSouth equipment.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider.   • Carrier Lines All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.
