Said coating shall be non-toxic, impart no taste to water, and shall be in accordance with British, French or German drinking water national regulations accordance with EN standards RAL 5005 MARKINGS Markings shall be in accordance with EN 19 and shall include (size, working pressure, name of manufacturer, and year of manufacture).

All valve spindles and hand wheels shall be positioned to give good access for operational personnel. Valve of diameter 350 mm and above shall be provided with enclosed gear arrangement for ease of operation.
