Code of Conduct and Company Policies. The Employee will comply with all codes of conduct and all other policies which have been made available to the Employee and as in effect from time to time.

Code of Conduct and Company Policies. You must comply with the LyondellBasell Code of Conduct as amended from time to time. Further, you agree to affirm your commitment to comply with the LyondellBasell Code of Conduct at such time as the Company requires from time to time. You must comply with all of the Company’s and LyondellBasell Group’s other policies and procedures that apply to you from time to time. The Company or LyondellBasell Group, as applicable, may adopt, change, replace or rescind its policies and procedures (including the LyondellBasell Code of Conduct) from time to time in its or their absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its or their ability to do so. The Company’s and LyondellBasell Group’s policies and procedures may be found on the Company’s intranet. The Company’s and LyondellBasell Group’s policies and procedures do not and will not form part of this Agreement.
Code of Conduct and Company Policies. You must comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct and other policies, as amended from time to time, that apply to you by virtue of your presence on the Company’s premises. You must comply with all of the Group Companiesother policies and procedures that apply to you from time to time by virtue of your presence on the Company’s premises.

  • Employee Handbook Employee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of any employee handbook of Bank or its affiliates as may be in effect from time to time, except that in the event of a conflict between such employee handbook and the Agreement, the Agreement shall control.

  • Company Policies and Procedures 7.1.1 The Company will ensure that Employees are able to readily access Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees. 7.1.2 The Employees will observe and act in accordance with Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees, as implemented and amended from time to time.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct At all times during the term of this Agreement, Seller will comply with the Apple Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct"), as amended by Apple from time-to-time, available from Apple’s public website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/supplier-responsibility/. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller will: (i) allow Apple and a third party representative, retained by or representing Apple (collectively, the "Auditor"), to assess Seller’s compliance with the Code of Conduct by inspecting Seller’s facilities and/or reviewing Seller’s practices, policies, and relevant records without notice, and/or by interviewing Seller’s personnel without monitoring, solely to verify Seller’s compliance with the Code of Conduct (collectively, an "Assessment"); (ii) promptly provide the Auditor with access to any relevant facilities and personnel without disruption or interference, in connection with any Assessment; (iii) promptly provide complete and accurate information and documentation in response to the Auditor’s requests, (iv) allow the Auditor to review and assess working hours and conditions, remuneration and benefits, personnel practices, production, dormitory, and dining facilities, business conduct, and health, safety, and environmental practices, as applicable, in connection with any Assessment; (v) not request or encourage, directly or indirectly, any Seller personnel to furnish false or incomplete information in connection with any Assessment; (vi) not take retaliatory action against any Seller personnel interviewed during an Assessment; and

  • Codes of Conduct Recipient warrants the following:

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was formed on December 3, 2020. Since its inception, Merger Sub has not engaged in any activity, other than such actions in connection with (a) its organization and (b) the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transactions. Merger Sub has no operations, has not generated any revenues and has no liabilities other than those incurred in connection with the foregoing and in association with the Merger as provided in this Agreement.

  • Employment Policies The employment relationship between the parties shall also be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, including those relating to protection of confidential information and assignment of inventions, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.
