Collection, Storage and Use Under Protocol. If the Protocol requires the collection of Biological Samples, then Institution shall collect and use such Biological Samples in accordance with the Protocol, the Informed Consent, and in compliance with Applicable Law. At the request of Sponsor, or if otherwise required by the Protocol, Institution shall deliver the Biological Samples to Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Sponsor shall use such Biological Samples in accordance with the Protocol, the Informed Consent, and in compliance with Applicable Law. 6.2 Odběr, skladování a používání podle protokolu.
