Collection, Storage and Use Under Protocol. If the Protocol requires the collection of Biological Samples, then Institution shall collect and use such Biological Samples in accordance with the Protocol, the Informed Consent, and in compliance with Applicable Law. At the request of Sponsor, or if otherwise required by the Protocol, Institution shall deliver the Biological Samples to Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Sponsor shall use such Biological Samples in accordance with the Protocol, the Informed Consent, and in compliance with Applicable Law. 6.2 Odběr, skladování a používání podle protokolu. Pokud protokol vyžaduje odběr biologických vzorků, bude zdravotnické zařízení odebírat a používat takové biologické vzorky v souladu s protokolem, informovaným souhlasem a platnými zákony. Na žádost zadavatele, nebo pokud to jinak vyžaduje protokol, dodá zdravotnické zařízení biologické vzorky zadavateli nebo zástupci zadavatele. Zadavatel bude takové biologické vzorky používat v souladu s protokolem, informovaným souhlasem a platnými zákony.

Na žiadosť zadávateľa, alebo ak to vyžaduje protokol, inštitúcia/zodpovedný skúšajúci doručia biologické vzorky zadávateľovi alebo ním určenej osobe. Zadávateľ bude používať takéto biologické vzorky v súlade s protokolom, informovaným súhlasom a v súlade s platnými právnymi predpismi.
