COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT TRAINING. The Employer and Union agree to facilitate a joint Collective Bargaining Agreement Training, at each facility, within one hundred, twenty (120) days of the ratification date of this Agreement. This training shall include participants from Avamere Health Services LLC, SEIU, HCSG and the Avamere bargaining team and elected stewards.
