Collective Bargaining. A. All collective bargaining with respect to hours, wages and other conditions of employment shall be conducted by authorized representatives of the Union and the Town. B. E. In all cases in which leave from duty is involved such leave shall be taken in accordance with Article IV only at such times as are necessary to complete the business specified under this Article.
F. For purposes of this leave from duty with pay under Article IV there shall be no more than five (5) hours per month non-cumulative, for all necessary directors' meetings of the Credit Union when members or alternates on each such meetings take place at a time during which such members are scheduled to be on duty; provided, however, that the aggregate number of directors so granted such leave (whether from the bargaining unit or otherwise) shall not exceed a total of twenty (20) hours per monthcommittee.

Collective Bargaining. A. All collective bargaining with respect to hours, wages and other conditions The Town shall advise each new employee at the time of employment that the UPSEU/Union is the bargaining representative, and the Town shall notify the UPSEU/Union in writing semi-annually of the name and address of each new employee.
B. The Town agrees to deduct from the wages of each employee who authorizes such deduction in writing UPSEU/Union dues. Deductions shall be conducted by authorized representatives remitted monthly, together with a report showing the name and amount deducted from each employee, to UPSEU/Union. Each current employee or future new hire shall be eligible to become a member of the UPSEU/Union in good standing. Union dues to fees shall be determined and administered by the UPSEU/Union in accordance with applicable law. Collective Bargaining. A. All collective 21.01 Notice to Commence Collective Bargaining

Collective Bargaining. A. All collective bargaining with respect to hourshours of work, wages wages, grievance procedure, and other conditions of employment shall be conducted by authorized representatives of the Union Association and authorized representatives of the Town.
B. The Three members of the Union Negotiating Committee, but no more than six (6) persons, Association negotiating committee shall be granted time off leave from duty with full pay for all reasonably necessary meetings with the Town for the purpose of negotiating negotiation of the terms of an agreement a contract when such meetings take place at a time during which such members are scheduled to be on dutyon, as long as the time off does not interfere unreasonably with Town business business, in which case the meeting shall be promptly rescheduled.
C. The members of the Union Grievance Committee, but not more than three (3) persons (together with not more than five (5) other employees directly associated with the grievance, which five Association grievance committee shall be entitled to take not more than one and one-half (1 1/2) hours per month non-cumulative under this section) shall also be granted leave from duty with full pay for all reasonably necessary meetings concerning the processing of grievances with the Town grievances, when such meetings are held at a time when such members are scheduled to be on duty, as long as the time off does not interfere unreasonably with Town business in which case the meeting shall be promptly rescheduledbusiness.
D. Each member Duly designated delegates and duly designated officers of the bargaining unit who is a director of the Greenwich Municipal Employees Credit Union Association shall be granted leave from duty with full pay up for Police Association business, provided that the total combined leave time for all individuals shall not exceed thirty-five (35) calendar days for this purpose in a fiscal year, and as long as the time off does not interfere unreasonably with Town business.
E. In all cases in which leave from duty is involved such leave shall be taken in accordance with Article IV only at such times as are necessary to complete the business specified under this Article.
F. For purposes of this leave from duty with pay under Article IV there shall be no more than five (5) hours per month non-cumulative, for all necessary directors' meetings of the Credit Union when members or alternates on each such meetings take place at a time during which such members are scheduled to be on duty; provided, however, that the aggregate number of directors so granted such leave (whether from the bargaining unit or otherwise) shall not exceed a total of twenty (20) hours per monthcommittee.
E. Designated Union representatives or officials shall be granted a total of twenty-five (25) paid working days per year on an accumulative basis to attend Union conferences, conventions and meetings. The Union will provide the Town with reasonable advance notice of such leave.

The authorized representatives of the time off does not interfere unreasonably with Town business in which case the meeting Union grievance committee shall be promptly rescheduledgranted leave from duty with full pay for all reasonably necessary meetings with the Town for the purpose of processing grievances when such meetings are held at a time when such authorized representatives are scheduled to be on duty.
D. Members designated by the Union shall be granted leave from duty with full pay for Union business, provided such total leave for the bargaining unit shall not exceed four hundred forty hours (440) per fiscal year. Leave for Union business shall be limited to the following: local Union meetings, Uniformed Fire Fighters Association of Connecticut meetings, labor conventions, and other union related activities as requested by the Union and approved by the Chief. Meetings called by the Town, which a Union official is requested by the Town to attend, shall not be charged against Union Business Leave.
E. Leave from duty under this Article shall be taken only for such time as is necessary to complete the specified purpose.
F. No more than five (5) authorized representatives or alternates on the Union negotiating committee and no more than three (3) authorized representatives or alternates on the Union grievance committee shall be entitled to leave from duty under this Article.
G. Each member of the bargaining unit who is a director of the Greenwich Municipal Employees Employees' Credit Union shall be granted leave from duty with full pay up to five two (52) hours per month month, non-cumulative, for all necessary directors' meetings of the Credit Union Union, when such meetings take place at a time during which when such members are scheduled to be on duty; provided, however, that the aggregate number of directors so granted such leave (whether from the bargaining unit or otherwise) shall not exceed a total of twenty twelve (2012) hours per month.
E. Designated H. The Union representatives or officials shall be granted allowed one member in each station to represent the members on all matters involving wages, hours, or conditions of employment, provided that no such representation shall interfere with Town business or result in any cost to the Town. The Union, on or before July 1 of each year, shall notify the Town of the name of each representative so designated and, within fifteen (15) days, of any changes in the representatives.
I. A member of the bargaining unit, who is a total member of twenty-five the Town of Greenwich Retirement Board elected pursuant to Section 197 (25a) paid working days per year on an accumulative basis (3) or Section 198 of Article 14 of the Town Charter, shall be relieved from duty without loss of pay or charge to accrued leave time sufficient to attend Union conferences, conventions and meetings.
