Common use of Collective Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining. State and federal law allow employees to organize themselves into a collective bargaining unit. Funds provided under this Contract shall not be utilized to abridge the rights of employees to organize themselves into a collective bargaining organization or preclude them from negotiating with Provider Agency management. Funds may be utilized for legitimate and reasonable management purposes at the direction of the Provider Agency during the process of collective bargaining organization.
