College Conference Committee. (a) A College Conference Committee shall be established composed of the Vice President - Academic Affairs (or the Vice President's designee), one Xxxx appointed by the Vice President, and two Faculty Members appointed by the President of the Federation. The two Faculty Members appointed by the Federation will be selected from divisions other than that represented by the Xxxx. The Committee members shall serve for the term of this Agreement. The Vice President (or his or her designee) shall chair the Committee. (b) The fund administered by the College Conference Committee will be utilized for (1) Conferences of a general import to the College, and (2) Conferences that the District requests a Faculty Member to attend as its representative, and (3) Conference expenses in any division which has utilized its fund and where allocation of additional funds is desirable.
