College Promotion Committees. Each College Promotion Committee shall consist of not fewer than five nor more than nine Associate and/or full Professors. The Xxxx of the College shall determine the size of the committee within these guidelines. The faculty members of each College shall elect the members of the committee. The Chairperson of the committee shall be elected by the members of the committee and shall vote.
