Common use of College Study Benefits Clause in Contracts

College Study Benefits. ‌ A current auxiliary employee with one or more years of full-time equivalent service seniority (261 days) shall be entitled to take one College credit course per semester, without payment of the tuition fee, outside the employee's normal working hours.
