Option Terms Subject to earlier termination as provided herein, the Nonqualified Option shall expire on the 10th anniversary of the date of grant of Nonqualified Option, which anniversary shall be [xx/xx/xx]. CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. PROTECTION OF DATA, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SOFTWARE Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
Exhibit Space Exhibitors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the space allotted, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature for the product or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by Show Management.

Leasehold Terms If this Security Instrument is on a leasehold, Borrower will comply with all the provisions of the lease. If Xxxxxxxx acquires fee title to the Property, the leasehold and the fee title will not merge unless Xxxxxx agrees to the merger in writing.
Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
Agreement Terms The terms of the Agreement conform to University policy. The period of performance for the project is approximately two (2) years. The amount of funding support will not exceed $62,500. Since research projects are often amended, this agreement includes provisions for changes in time and scope. University procedures for approval of these changes will be followed and additional conflict of interest review will be done as appropriate.
