Common use of COLORADO SPECIAL PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

COLORADO SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The following Special Provisions are required by law to be contained in every agreement of the State of Colorado. Any conflict between the Special Provisions and any other provision of this Agreement shall be resolved in favor of the applicable Special Provision: (a) Controller’s Approval; C.R.S. § 24-30-202(1). This Agreement shall not be valid until it has been approved by the Colorado State Controller or designee. (b) Fund Availability; C.R.S. § 24-30-202(5.5). Financial obligations of the State payable after the current fiscal year are contingent upon funds for that purpose being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available.
