Uniform Cleaning The County agrees to provide for a contract cleaning arrangement whereby pickup service will be available at the Yakima County Department of Corrections. Cleaning shall be authorized for all personnel required to wear uniforms in the course of their employment. The County shall determine the place where such clothing shall be cleaned and make disbursements directly to the contract cleaner(s).
Housekeeping Service and Cleanliness Housekeeping Service will be provided to clean only the kitchenette and washroom areas of the Room on a regularly scheduled basis as posted by the Manager. This Housekeeping Service is not optional. Residents must ensure that all counters and sinks are clear of any dishes, appliances, or any other personal items. As part of the Housekeeping Service, the Room will be inspected. Should the Room be found in an unhygienic state, the Resident(s) will be given 24 hours to return it to a proper state, or it will be cleaned at the discretion of the Manager with a minimum charge of $25.00. The Resident shall, at all times during the Term, keep all parts of the Room clean, including and not limited to; floor coverings, doors, walls, ceilings, kitchenette appliances, counters, cupboards, faucets, sinks, furniture, glass, window frames, and other furnishings. Vacuums, brooms, and mops may be signed out at the front desk, subject to availability.
Public Opening Responses shall be opened on the date and at the location indicated on the Timeline. Respondents may, but are not required to, attend. SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education. The Parents shall share information about the Child(ren)’s academic progress and shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Child(ren) complete assigned homework and projects.
Specialist A dentist who focuses on a specific area of dentistry, including oral surgery, endodontia, periodontia, orthodontia and pediatric dentistry, or a group of patients to diagnose, manage, prevent or treat certain types of symptoms and conditions. Spouse: The person to whom the Subscriber is legally married, including a same sex Spouse. Spouse also includes a domestic partner. Subscriber: The person to whom this Contract is issued. UCR (Usual, Customary and Reasonable): The cost of a dental service in a geographic area based on what Providers in the area usually charge for the same or similar medical service. Us, We, Our: BlueShield of Northeastern New York and anyone to whom We legally delegate performance, on Our behalf, under this Contract. Utilization Review: The review to determine whether services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational (including treatment for a rare disease or a clinical trial). Professional Dress In as much as teachers are role models for students, each teacher shall maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for his/her specific teaching assignment.
Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.
Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;
