Commencement Bonus. On the Effective Date, Rally's and/or Checkers, as the Companies so determine, shall pay Executive a one time commencement bonus of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). The Companies shall deduct from all compensation payable under this Agreement to Executive any taxes or withholdings the Companies are required to deduct pursuant to state and federal laws or by mutual agreement among the parties.
Commencement Bonus. On Executive’s first day of employment with Holdings and EEC, he shall receive a commencement bonus of $10,000 in cash.
Commencement Bonus. In addition to the Base Salary, Executive shall receive a commencement bonus (the "Commencement Bonus") of $300,000. The Commencement Bonus, less appropriate deductions for federal, state, and local income taxes, FICA contributions and any other deductions required by law or authorized by Executive, shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the execution hereof by Employer and Executive.
Commencement Bonus. On or within one day of the Commencement Date, the Company shall pay to Executive a one-time cash payment of $250,000.
Commencement Bonus. 19.1 Upon commencement of this Agreement, all permanent employees covered by this Agreement will receive payment of $150 (less appropriate taxation) in recognition of the efforts of all employees since amalgamation, and in recognition of the ceasing of the banking allowance.
Commencement Bonus. In addition to the Base Salary, Executive shall be entitled to receive a commencement bonus of $65,000, which shall be paid BY Company to Executive, less appropriate deductions for federal, state and local income taxes, FICA contributions and any other deductions required by law or authorized by Executive, on or before November 1, 1997.
Commencement Bonus. Upon commencement of employment with Tenix Alliance, employees who immediately prior to that employment were employed by Mackay City Council as Waste Water Treatment Plant
Commencement Bonus. 56.1. The parties agree that an amount of $11 million will be paid to approved Community Pharmacies as a commencement bonus early in the first year of the Agreement. The parties agree the amount will be distributed between individual pharmacies based on their prescription volume in the previous year. The AMC will advise the Minister on the rules and conditions applying to the payment of this bonus.
Commencement Bonus. In addition to any other bonuses paid to Executive in or for 2010, the Company will pay to Executive a cash bonus (the “Commencement Bonus”) equal to 50% multiplied by the result of (i) $666,667 minus (ii) the actual bonus paid to Executive by his Current Employer upon or with respect to his departure from such employment; provided in no event will the Commencement Bonus exceed $250,000. The Commencement Bonus will be paid at the same time as the bonus paid for 2010 as provide in subparagraph (i).
Commencement Bonus. Promptly following the commencement of your employment hereunder, Company shall pay you a commencement bonus in an amount equal to $150,000. The amount paid to you by Company pursuant to this Paragraph 3(b) is hereinafter referred to as the “Commencement Bonus.” In the event that, on or before February 12, 2007, your employment is terminated by Company pursuant to Paragraph 10(a) hereof, you shall promptly repay to Company an amount equal to the Commencement Bonus multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days remaining in the Term as of the effective date of such termination, and denominator of which shall be 1,110.
