Commencement Date Conditions Defined. The obligations of the Company and the Borough to proceed with their respective obligations hereunder regarding Operation Services shall not commence until all of the Company’s Transition Period Responsibilities, set forth in Section 4.1, have been achieved. In addition, the Borough shall have the right to postpone the Commencement Date until all of the following conditions have been achieved, which together with the achievement of all of the Company’s obligations under Section 4.1, shall constitute the “Commencement Date Conditions.”
