2. a) Parties to the Agreement:
COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT. This agreement shall operate on and from the first pay period to commence on the date of certification of this agreement and shall remain in force until 31 August 2010.

2. a) Parties to the Agreement
COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT. 20 . This Agreement shall commence and be effective upon it being signed by S ller and Broker and a signed copy delivered to both parties.
COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become operative 7 days after the Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission and shall have the nominal expiry date of 31st July 2026. The parties agree to commence renegotiations for a replacement Agreement within three months of its nominal expiry date.
COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall commence and be effective upon it being signed by Seller and Xxxxxx and a signed copy delivered to both parties.
