COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 2.1. This Agreement shall come into commence operation seven (7) days after the date of its approval by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) provides written notice that (“Operative Date”) and will take effect in relation to the covered employees from the start of the first full pay period after the Operative Date. The nominal expiry date of this agreement will be 1 October 2027. The Agreement has been approved will continue in force after its nominal expiry date until terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (‘FW Act) and shall have a Nominal Expiry Date (XXX) of 30 June 2026or until replaced by another enterprise agreement.
