Additional on-site meetings. By mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union, additional on-site meetings may be held to consider and discuss matters relating to this Agreement or the renegotiation of this Agreement. Except where otherwise agreed, seven days notice of the meeting will be given to the Employer. Satisfactory arrangements are to be made for the maintenance of essential services during the meeting.

Additional on-site meetings. By mutual agreement of the employer and the Union, additional on-site meetings may be held by the Union to consider and discuss matters relating to this agreement.
Additional on-site meetings. Subject to prior approval of the Company, additional on-site meetings may be held to consider and discuss matters relating to this agreement. If the delegate is required to attend such a meeting outside their normal shift, they will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours ordinary time. A request for such meetings will not be unreasonably refused.

  • Required Meetings An employee or owner operator who is required to attend any meeting on Company business shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay for such meetings occurring during his/her regular shift or at applicable rates of pay for all such time spent outside of his/her regular shift. Any meetings necessary to comply with the formal grievance provisions of this Article will be held during normal working hours at no loss of pay to the employees or owner operators concerned.
