Additional Public Holidays. Where in a State, Territory or locality, public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in clause 22.1 above, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.
Additional Public Holidays. (a) Where in the whole or part of the State of Victoria, additional public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in sub-clauses 25.1 and 25.2, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of the Agreement for Employees who have their place of principal employment in a municipality to which the additional public holiday applies.
Additional Public Holidays. Where under Victorian Law, public holidays are declared or prescribed in respect of occasions other than those set out in subclause 47.3, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.
Additional Public Holidays. Where in a State or Territory or locality within a State or Territory an additional public holiday is proclaimed or gazetted by the authority of the Commonwealth Government or of a State or Territory Government and such proclaimed or gazetted holiday is to be observed generally by persons through that State or Territory or a locality thereof, other than by those covered by Federal awards, or when such a proclaimed or gazetted day is, by any required judicial or administrative order, to be so observed, then such day shall be deemed to be a holiday for the purposes of this agreement, for employees covered by this agreement who are employed in the State, Territory or locality in respect of which the holiday has been proclaimed or ordered as required.
Additional Public Holidays. Where in a State or Territory or locality within a State or Territory, an additional holiday is prescribed or gazetted by the authority of the Commonwealth Government or of a State or Territory Government and such proclaimed or gazetted holiday is to be observed generally by persons throughout that State or Territory or a locality thereof, or when such a proclaimed or gazetted day is, by any required judicial or administrative order, to be so observed, then such day will be deemed to be a holiday for the purposes of this Agreement for employees covered by this Agreement who are employed in the State, Territory or locality in respect of which the holiday has been proclaimed or ordered as required.
Additional Public Holidays. 24.1 There shall be an overall entitlement to 11 public holidays each calendar year. If fewer than 11 public holidays are prescribed in a calendar year the parties shall endeavour to reach agreement on which day or days shall be deemed to be the additional public holiday(s). If the parties cannot reach agreement, the matter shall be determined under the dispute settlement procedure with due regard being taken to past practices and entitlements in the industry.
Additional Public Holidays. Shift Penalty Payments
Additional Public Holidays. Any other day or part day declared, prescribed or legislated to be observed generally within the state of Victoria or locality as a public holiday will be an additional public holiday for the purpose of this Agreement.
Additional Public Holidays. Where in the State of Western Australia, public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in 28.1 and 28.2 above, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this award.
Additional Public Holidays. An employee will also be entitled to any additional public holiday or local public holiday as gazetted by NSW Parliament.
