COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement commences on and from 1 February 2022 or seven days after the date of the approval by the Fair Work Commission, whichever is the later. The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is 31 January 2025. This Agreement does not exclude the NES and the NES will continue to apply to the extent that the Agreement is detrimental, in any respect, when compared to the NES.
