COMMENCEMENT, DURATION AND NATURE OF CONTRACT. 2.1 This Agreement takes effect from the Commencement Date. 2.2 Subject to earlier termination in accordance with the Agreement, this Agreement shall continue in full force until the Expiry Date. 2.3 The Customer agrees that the Customer’s standard terms of business will not apply to the Works provided under this Agreement. This is a framework agreement pursuant to which the Customer may request quotes from UK Power Networks for the provision of Works described in the Schedule in accordance with the Agreement. 2.4 If the Customer requires UK Power Networks to carry out Works under the Agreement it must submit an enquiry containing the Minimum Information to UK Power Networks in accordance with the Work Flow Process. Both Parties will follow the Work Flow Process to enable UK Power Networks to issue and the Customer to accept a Quote and for UK Power Networks to carry out Works under a Quote. UK Power Networks shall not commence Works under this Agreement without being in possession of an acceptance of a Quote for the relevant Works. 2.5 Each party shall use the relevant Quote reference number in all subsequent correspondence relating to the Services, including invoices. 3 YOUR OBLIGATIONS

  • Agreement Duration The term of the Agreement shall begin and end on the dates indicated in the Standard Grant Agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for work performed on or after the date of execution through the expiration date of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Attachment 2, Special Terms and Conditions. However, work performed prior to the execution of this Agreement may be reimbursable or used for match purposes if permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions.

  • Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

  • DURATION OF AGREEMENT All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period Indemnitee serves as a director or officer of the Company or as a director, officer, trustee, partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other Enterprise which Indemnitee serves at the request of the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding (including any rights of appeal thereto and any Proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement) by reason of Indemnitee’s Corporate Status, whether or not Indemnitee is acting in any such capacity at the time any liability or expense is incurred for which indemnification or advancement can be provided under this Agreement.
