Work Flow Sample Clauses

Work Flow. The following Section is a general representation of day to day Services and demonstrates the Deliverables expected at each stage of development. This diagram is presented as a general depiction of work flow across the enterprise and is not intended as a guide for all development. GlobalLogic will perform the Services in accordance with the variations to this model that Client determines for the specific Services that needs to be accomplished. For the avoidance of doubt, references to “Offshore Supplier” and “Supplier” in the diagram below are references to GlobalLogic.

Work Flow. Over the past two years, the MIT Genome Center's Informatics Core has gained extensive experience in database and sample-tracking issues, and developed three major systems: LabBase, Workflow Manager, and BuilderIO. Our laboratory informatics system has been developed to allow FINISHER to download instructions to robotic workstations. With the direct incorporation of the sequencing instrumentation into workflow we will be able to place the instrument into an automated environment and take advantage of the advanced base calling software.
Work Flow. Clicking on the “Show WorkFlow” link in the upper rightmost corner of the screen will show you the history of the DMA as it moved through the work flow for approvals. For a DMA, the work flow moves from the Region Editor submission to Region Approver for either approval or rejection. If the DMA is rejected, it returns to the Region Editor in an “Open for Submission” status to allow changes to be made and resubmitted. If approved, the DMA moves to the DMA Contract County Approver for either approval or rejection. If the DMA is rejected, it returns to the Region Editor in an “Open for Submission” status to allow changes to be made and resubmitted. If the DMA Contract County Approver approves the DMA, it moves to DMA Contract Region Approver, who also has the option for approval or rejection. If the DMA is rejected, it returns to the Region Editor in an “Open for Submission” status to allow changes to be made and resubmitted. If approved, the DMA moves to the DMA Contract BHM Approver for either approval or rejection. If the DMA is rejected, it returns to the Region Editor in an “Open for Submission” status to allow changes to be made and resubmitted. If approved, the DMA is considered the final contract.
Work Flow. The participants in a port allocation process can be divided into three main categories; operators (mostly oil companies), suppliers and the port operator (Vestbase) as shown in Figure 4. To work out a proper work flow for each of the three categories is difficult as there are no well defined methods on how requests and communication are channelled through the system. In practice there is an extensive use of mail, phones and fax back and forth in order to settle an agreement. This brings complexity to the system, and makes traceability hard. Another uncertainty factor, in terms of work flow, is the number of different participants in the system. How things are done might vary from project to project, depending on whose involved.
Work Flow. LSF takes as input an active user interest model (aUIM) and a set of enriched content (enriched media fragment annotations; eMFA). The aUIM is the active part of the user model to be used for filtering at a given moment. All other contexts are “inactive” and are not considered in the filtering process. Currently, the aUIM is selected by the user. In the future, user observation techniques and preference learning will be used to find out which parts of the user models have to be used in a given situation. An eMFA corresponds to a media fragment (MF) which is a part of a complete video and describes a specific topic. Each fragment (shot, scene) contains enriched hyperlinks on top of (automatic) content annotation, but also describes additional information that goes beyond the directly visible entities: the concepts they belong to, related entities, etc. LSF outputs normalized rankings for these enriched contents (i.e., between 0 and 1) by incorporating knowledge from the LUMO-rel ontology and LUMO-Pedia knowledge base. Further, LSF provides a graphical user interface for research purposes that directly shows the output of the ranking. A detailed discussion about user interest models is given in D 4.4, which is why we keep the aUIM description short. In principle, an aUIM contains a set of user interests, and each user interest can be associated with a set of constraints, e.g., “politician leads Germany ”. The enriched content consists of textual representations of entities or concepts within a media fragment, e.g., “politician”, “Xxxxx” or “Berlin”, which are for example captured via named entity recognition, and which are further enriched by mappings to knowledge bases such as DBPedia. These entities are then adapted and aligned with LUMO-rel and LUMO-Pedia, which serves as the common information backbone in LSF for semantic matching and ranking. The objective of LUMO-Pedia is to construct a comprehensive knowledge based for common daily knowledge in a structure way and it must be aligned to the LUMO-rel ontology. Similar work is the Freebase and Yago dataset. Note that these datasets are not compatible to the LUMO-rel ontology; actually most of the data in LUMO-Pedia is and will be imported from these datasets. Bundling these informations, the actual graph matching algorithm then performs a comparison of the two graphs as spanned by the user models and the enrichment, aggregates the ranking and outputs the final ranking score.‌
Work Flow. Since the enrichment content is grouped by entities recognized in the corresponding shot of the seed media content, the ranking process can be approached in three stages: 1. Determine the importance of entity to the user 2. For given entity, re-rank the enrichment content 3. Combine score for entity and enrichment content into one value The work-flow of the work-in-progress “Interest Beat” (In-Beat) Recommender Engine is described on Figure 8.‌
Work Flow. Work will not commence until a task work order is issued. The CONSULTANT shall perform all required duties and document all work within time deadlines specified in the task work order. Scheduling of traffic counts may be included in the task work order, which is subject to negotiation, as the overall count program progresses. Services may be performed in conjunction with the Central Office Transportation Statistics staff and/or District personnel or performed independently by the CONSULTANT and submitted to the DEPARTMENT.

Work Flow. The website xxx.xxxxxxx-xx-x-xxx.xx is accessible to the general public. The back-end is only accessible to the administrators and the authors of the webpage. A log-in to the backend, exclusively for members of the project, leads to the storage of internal documents. The wiki for the consortium has been set up to distribute and store information for the project partners as it has more functionalities than the WordPress option (see Deliverable 8.1). The work flow for the content of the website is as follows: All Partners have nominated one contact person. This contact person is contacted by the dissemination manager and asked to report newsworthy events, news or other developments. The Dissemination Manager will update the news section on a regular basis and makes sure that the press releases, publications and deliverables are posted in a timely manner. All decisions concerning PR and dissemination are made by the project board team. All partners are of course notified on these decisions. The content of the webpage is regularly updated by the dissemination manager. To ensure the constant update of the webpage the dissemination manager relies on information out of the consortium and will therefore contact the PR-Team members at the beginning of the project more often to ensure the smooth running of the work flow steps. In case of doubt about the public nature of an information, the Dissemination manager and the coordinator will decide whether this information or piece of news is important enough to be published to a wide audience. In doing so, the consortium maintains flexibility and ensures a prompt decision.
Work Flow. The Contractor along with Agency will establish the work flow associated with running the medication delivery program for Agency to include the following: A) Agency will place orders once per week via Fax, unless otherwise directed by The Contractor. Orders will be placed by Agency on a mutually agreed upon day. B) Turn around: Orders faxed into pharmacy will be released within 4 business days or within 5 business days for special packaging request (bubble packing) ; this allows for a Cardinal order to be placed should a medication be required that is not in Agency’s current inventory. Shipping will be 2 day delivery unless Agency instructs differently. C) Agency inventory shall be stored separate from The Contractor’s inventory. Anticipated space required to maintain said inventory is 1 shelving system; approx 4ft wide by 8 ft tall.
