Commencement of License Fee. The Parties agree that the Licensee’s obligation to pay License Fee shall commence from completion of Fit Out Period, or commencement of international operations from the Airport, whichever is later.
Commencement of License Fee. Licensing Rights of Bare Space/s shall be for a period of six (6) years including 2 years lock in period, unless otherwise terminated by DMRC or surrendered by the Licensee, in term of provisions of License Agreement. The License Fee shall commence from 46th day of handing over of ATM site (45 days fit out period will be allowed for installation of ATM) or after 15 days from the date of completion of electrical work by DMRC and subsequent handing over of energy meter, whichever is later or date mentioned in the Notice/ Letter for taking hand over and shall continue for a period of six (6) years including lock in period of 2 (two) years unless otherwise terminated as provided in Termination clause herein below.
Commencement of License Fee. The license period shall commence from the date of first handing over of the ATM site and the charging of license fee shall commence immediately after 45 days fitment period from date of handing over of tendered space i.e. from 46th day of fitment period or date of deemed handing over whichever is earlier or immediately after 15 days from the date of completion of electrical work by DMRC and subsequent handing over of energy metre or notice/letter for taking handing over, whichever is later.
