Commencement of Operation. Producer shall notify Gatherer, in writing, when a Proposed Receipt Point is complete, and ready for inspection, testing and activation. Gatherer shall be responsible for the coordination, installation, testing, and physical final tie-in to Gatherer’s Gathering System. Gatherer shall develop, coordinate, and oversee all operations associated with purging the meter set and piping into service. Under no circumstance shall the inlet pressure from the Producer meter set exceed the MAOP(s) set forth in this Exhibit F.
