Commencement of Operation. Producer shall notify Gatherer, in writing, when a Proposed Receipt Point is complete, and ready for inspection, testing and activation. Gatherer shall be responsible for the coordination, installation, testing, and physical final tie-in to Gatherer’s Gathering System. Gatherer shall develop, coordinate, and oversee all operations associated with purging the meter set and piping into service. Under no circumstance shall the inlet pressure from the Producer meter set exceed the MAOP(s) set forth in this Exhibit F.

Commencement of Operation. The Company and Bopot are expanding the Manufacturing Establishment and will commence Operation by June 30, 2024, as described in the ITEP application forms filed for this Project. During the construction period, Company projects that it will expend approximately $487,600.00 in Capital Expenditures and Bopot projects that it will expend approximately $3,232,046.00 in Capital Expenditures and that the Project provides approximately 30 full time equivalent construction jobs as well as for the creation of 22 Jobs with an annual Payroll of at least $1,820,000.00, including 0 Jobs by a Qualified Contractor. Upon commencement of Operation and fulfillment of the foregoing representations, Company shall provide the Required Annual Jobs and Payroll as set forth in Section 4.02(B).
