Commencement of Owner’s First Charges. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Club Owner, the obligation to pay Club Charges for Residential Units located within the Property shall commence as to each Owner on the later of: (i) the day of the conveyance of title of a Residential Unit to an Owner from KH Verandah, Heritage Willow, Magnolia Trace, Declarant or a Builder, or (ii) the Owner’s receipt of its certificate of occupancy as to a Residential Unit. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Club Owner, the obligation to pay Club Charges for Residential Units located outside the Property shall commence as to each Owner on the date that the Residential Unit becomes subject to the terms and conditions of this Club Declaration.
