Special Situations XXXXXXX BENEFICIARY agrees to inform AGENCY within one (1) business day of any circumstances or events which may reasonably be considered to jeopardize its capability to continue to meet its obligations under the terms of this Agreement. Incidents may include, but are not limited to, those resulting in injury, media coverage or public reaction that may have an impact on the AGENCY’S or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY’S ability to protect and serve its participants, or other significant effect on the AGENCY or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY. Incidents shall be reported to the designated AGENCY contact below by phone or email only. Incident report information shall not include any identifying information of the participant.
International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. Name of Trust It is understood that the name "Calamos", and any logo associated with that name, is the valuable property of Calamos Asset Management, Inc., and that the Trust has the right to include "Calamos" as a part of its name or the name of any Fund only so long as this Agreement shall continue. Upon termination of this Agreement the Trust shall forthwith cease to use the "Calamos" name and logo and shall take such action as is necessary to change the name of any Fund and to amend its Declaration of Trust to change the Trust's name.
