Commercial Motor Vehicles. The Pledgors have no Commercial Motor Vehicles valued over $50,000 other than those listed on Schedule 18 annexed to the Perfection Certificate. Each Pledgor has delivered to the Administrative Agent originals of the certificates of title or ownership for the motor vehicles (and any other Equipment covered by Certificates of Title or ownership) owned by it as of the date hereof with the Administrative Agent listed as lienholder therein for any such motor vehicle (or any such other Equipment) valued at over $50,000. Each Pledgor shall within 30 days of acquiring original certificates deliver to the Administrative Agent originals of the certificates of title or ownership for any Commercial Motor Vehicles (and any other Equipment covered by Certificates of Title or ownership) acquired by such Pledgor after the date hereof with the Administrative Agent listed as lienholder therein to the extent valued at over $50,000.
