Commission Statements. Broker-Dealer will be provided with copies of its Representatives' commission statements together with Broker-Dealer's own commission statement for each commission payment period in which commissions are payable. Broker-Dealer agrees that, except as to clerical errors and material undisclosed facts, if any, such statements constitutes a complete and accurate statement of the commission account unless written notice is provided to Insurer within 120 days after the date of the statement, which notice specifically sets forth the objections or exceptions thereto.
Commission Statements. By the end of next month after the close of each calendar month during the term of this Agreement, GCT will furnish DISTRIBUTOR with a statement reflecting the status of DISTRIBUTOR’s Commission account. The statement will include an accounting of the orders for which payment is made, including the Customer’s name and invoice number, the rate of Commission on each order, and information relating to any chargebacks included in the accounting. If DISTRIBUTOR has objections with respect to any such statement whether regarding its accuracy, completeness or any other matter, DISTRIBUTOR shall make such objection(s) known to GCT in writing within thirty (30) days after the date of the statement. ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS FOR WHICH WRITTEN NOTICE IS NOT RECEIVED BY GCT WITHIN THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD SHALL BE DEEMED WAIVED AND ABANDONED BY REPRESENTATIVE.
Commission Statements. The commission statements shall show the insured name, policy number, premium, amount of commission, and date allocated or paid or both.
Commission Statements. A-S shall provide Akorn with a quarterly statement on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following each calendar quarter during the Term and on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the effective date of any termination or expiration of this Agreement, reporting the Net Sales of Products for the preceding calendar quarter, and the calculation of the Commission due (“Commission Statement”). To the extent A-S claims or makes any adjustments for Product returns or defects as permitted under Section 1.11 above in determining the Net Sales for the preceding quarter, the Commission Statement for that quarter must contain detailed information about the number of Products returned or credited, the monetary amount of the credit or adjustment, and the calculation of the eight percent (8%) cap on such credits and adjustments pursuant to Section 1.11 above.

Company shall issue commission statements to the Agency by the last day of each calendar month detailing the Agency’s policy and commission activity for each line of Company Business for all policies issued during the previous calendar month. The statements shall include identification of the policies issued or renewed, commissions earned, and the amount due the Agency. Failure to pay any amount due Company pursuant to such commission statements may result in immediate termination of this Agreement by Company.

MGA shall issue electronic commission statements to the Agency or Agent by the last day of each calendar month detailing the Agency's or Agent's policy and commission activity for each line of Company Business for all policies issued during the previous calendar month. The statements shall include identification of the policies issued or renewed, premiums written, total collected written premium, commissions due hereunder, and the amount due the Agency or Agent (or amounts due MGA or otherwise withheld by MGA). Agency’s or Agent’s failure to pay any amount due MGA pursuant to such commission statements may result in immediate termination of this Agreement by MGA.

MGA shall issue commission statements to the AGENCY or AGENT by the 15th each calendar month detailing the AGENCY's or AGENT's policy and commission activity for each line of CARRIERS BUSINESS for all policies issued during the previous calendar month where commissions are payable. The statements shall include identification of the policies issued or renewed, commissions earned, and the amount due the AGENCY or AGENT (or amounts due MGA or otherwise withheld by MGA). AGENCY's or AGENT’s failure to pay any amount due MGA pursuant to such commission statements may result in immediate termination of this AGREEMENT by MGA.
Commission Statements. (a) Except for clerical errors and/or undisclosed material facts, the regular commission statement the Company issues to You shall be deemed to be an accurate and complete record accepted by and satisfactory to You of: [i] all the commissions the Company owes You, and [ii] all commission accounts between You and the Company purporting to be covered by that statement.

Commission Statements. No later than the 20th day of each month, the Company shall provide to Consultant a statement setting forth the orders during the preceding calendar month for which Consultant shall be entitled to a commission hereunder, the Net Cost and Net Sales with respect to such orders, the amount of the commission payable to Consultant hereunder pursuant to this Section 3, and any draws made against such commission. The statement delivered by the Company to Consultant in August of each year (the "August Statement") shall contain a summary of all statements delivered in the preceding twelve (12) months to Consultant pursuant to this Section 3.3. If the Fees payable to Consultant for the twelve (12) month period preceding the August Statement exceeds the gross aggregate amount of draws made by Consultant during such period pursuant to Section 3.2 above, the Company shall pay to Consultant the difference between the gross aggregate amount of draws by Consultant and the Fees payable to Consultant hereunder during such period.
