Commissioned Processing of Personal Data. This annex stipulates the rights and obligations of Licensee and SAP in connection with personal data processed by SAP on behalf of Licensee under the SAP ePlatform General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Agreement”). This annex shall be an integral part of the Agreement.
