Commitment to the Locality Plan. 4.1 The Locality affirms their commitment to the delivery of the Locality Plan set out in Schedule 1 noting that this Agreement:  covers the metrics as set out in Schedule 2  supports the delivery of the broader locality objectives set out in Schedule 1, although will not cover delivery of the entirety of the Locality Plan.

Commitment to the Locality Plan. 4.1 The Locality affirms their commitment to the delivery of the Locality Plan set out in Schedule 1, noting that this Agreement: • covers the metrics as set out in Schedule 2 • Supports the delivery of the broader locality objectives set out in Schedule 1, but does not cover the entirety of the Locality Plan. 4.2 The Locality is satisfied that the Locality Plan has a strong foundation and a good trajectory for improvement and delivery of health and social care services across the system. 4.3 The Locality commits to meeting the requirements of the Programme in support of the delivery of the Locality Plan and, as appropriate, the NHS Improvement Agreements. 4.4 The Locality affirms its commitment to the delivery of national outcome, quality and operational standards. Schedule 5 sets out the national NHS requirements and identifies those outcomes and standards that will be directly or indirectly supported by this Agreement.   • Service Commitment Newly hired nurses and currently employed nurses who voluntarily choose to relocate and receive a relocation allowance may be required to serve for a minimum of two years at their base before they will be considered for transfer to another base. This commitment will not apply when the employer and nurse mutually agree to waive it and when relocation occurs as a result of layoff/rehire.

  • STAFF COMMITMENT 38. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of the facts set out in Part IV and the contraventions described in Part V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of Part IX below. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement precludes Staff from investigating or initiating proceedings in respect of any facts and contraventions that are not set out in Parts IV and V of this Settlement Agreement or in respect of conduct that occurred outside the specified date ranges of the facts and contraventions set out in Parts IV and V, whether known or unknown at the time of settlement. Furthermore, nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall relieve the Respondent from fulfilling any continuing regulatory obligations.

  • Time Commitment The Advisor shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents to, devote to the Company such time as shall be reasonably necessary to conduct the business and affairs of the Company in an appropriate manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that the Advisor and its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents may also engage in activities unrelated to the Company and may provide services to Persons other than the Company or any of its Affiliates.

  • Competitive Supplier’s Standard Credit Policy The Competitive Supplier will not require a credit review for any consumer participating in the Program, nor does Competitive Supplier require any consumer to post any security deposit as a condition for participation in the Program. The Competitive Supplier may terminate service to a Participating Consumer and return such consumer to a Basic Service in the event that the Participating Consumer fails to pay to Competitive Supplier amounts past-due greater than sixty (60) days.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Part-Time Commitment The Hospital shall not refuse to accept an offer from an employee to make a written commitment to be available for work on a regular predetermined basis solely for the purpose of utilizing casual employees so as to restrict the numbers of regular part-time employees.

  • Schedule of Specific Commitments 1. Each Party shall set out in a schedule the specific commitments it undertakes under Article 106 (National Treatment), Article 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) and Article 108 (Additional Commitments). With respect to sectors where such commitments are undertaken, each Schedule shall specify: (a) terms, limitations and conditions on market access; (b) conditions and qualifications on national treatment; (c) undertakings relating to additional commitments referred to in Article 108 (Additional Commitments); and (d) where appropriate, the time-frame for implementation of such commitments and the date of entry into force of such commitments. 2. Measures inconsistent with both Articles 106 (National Treatment) and 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) are inscribed in the column relating to Article 107 (Market Access). In this case, the inscription is considered to provide a condition or qualification to Article 106 (National Treatment) as well. 3. The Parties' Schedules of Specific Commitments are set out in Annex 6 (Schedules of Specific Commitments).
