Committed Investment. An investment in Portfolio Securities in which the Partnership had an obligation to invest as of the last day of the Commitment Period pursuant to either (i) a commitment to make an initial investment in a Portfolio Company or (ii) a commitment made at the time of the initial investment in a Portfolio Company.
Committed Investment. (a) If the Concessionaire has not entered into the Initial Project Financing Agreements on or before the Agreement Date, then on or before the Agreement Date the Concessionaire shall cause its Equity Members to make cash deposits with the Concessionaire totaling at least 15% of the Committed Investment, as identified in the Initial Base Case Financial Model, and shall deposit such additional amounts as may be necessary to fully fund the design and construction Work prior to Financial Close. The Concessionaire shall deliver proof of such deposits in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Department. Prior to Financial Close, the Concessionaire: (i) shall use such deposits only to finance the design and construction Work; and
Committed Investment. The Concessionaire shall cause its Equity Members to make cash deposits with the Concessionaire totaling, in the aggregate, at least the Committed Investment, as identified in the Initial Base Case Financial Model, no later than one year after the scheduled date for Final Acceptance as set forth in the Initial Baseline Schedule. The Concessionaire shall deliver proof of such deposits in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Department.
Committed Investment. 1.1 In exchange for the benefits available to you under Partner Programme Pro, you agree to spend the Committed Investment (set out in the Contract Form) with NZME during the Contract Term (set out in the Contract Form). If you fail for any reason to spend the Committed Investment then NZME may recover from you the cost of any Partner Pro Benefits.
