Initial Base Case Financial Model definition

Initial Base Case Financial Model means the financial model prepared by or on behalf of the Borrower and delivered by the Borrower to the TIFIA Lender pursuant to Section 12(a)(ix) (Conditions Precedent to Effectiveness) forecasting the cash flows and the availability of Pledged Taxes for time periods from the Effective Date through December 2060 for the TIFIA Loan and the Existing TIFIA Bonds and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the TIFIA Lender, which financial model shall be provided to the TIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel-based financial model or such other format requested by the XXXXX Xxxxxx.
Initial Base Case Financial Model means the financial model submitted with the Committed Section Proposal that is accepted and approved as part of the MDOT, MDTA, and BPW processes for the Section.
Initial Base Case Financial Model means the Base Case Financial Model attached to and incorporated by reference in this Agreement as Exhibit "C".

Examples of Initial Base Case Financial Model in a sentence

  • The Developer will furnish to the Department any password or other access rights for each of the Initial Base Case Financial Model or the Base Case Financial Model.

  • In the event that a review by the Financial Model Auditor of the Initial Base Case Financial Model discloses errors or discrepancies in such financial model that results in an increase to the Initial Equity IRR in excess of five bps, the Public Funds Amount will be decreased in an amount so as to return the Base Case Equity IRR to the Initial Equity IRR, and the Initial Base Case Financial Model will be updated to reflect such adjustment.

  • If a review by the Financial Model Auditor of the Initial Base Case Financial Model discloses errors or discrepancies in such financial model that results in a decrease to the Initial Equity IRR, the Initial Base Case Financial Model will be updated, subject to prior review and approval by the Department, to reflect any adjustments, however the Public Funds Amount will not change.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Initial Base Case Financial Model shall not be adjusted for the terms and conditions included in the Project Finance Agreements and Financing Agreements (except as indicated in Exhibit X) and may not include any potential errors identified as part of the updated model audit opinion except as provided in Section 7.06(b)(i).

  • Starting from the Initial Base Case Financial Model, the following protocol outlines the steps to be used to update the Initial Base Case Financial Model to reflect changes in terms and conditions as of the Financial Close Date to determine any changes to the Concession Fee or Public Funds Amount and Equity Contribution Amount.

  • On the Financial Close Date, the Developer and the Department shall adjust the Initial Base Case Financial Model to reflect only those changes to financial terms permitted under Sections 7.06(b)(ii)(A), 7.06(b)(iii), 7.06(b)(iv) and any other revisions approved by both the Department and the Developer.

  • Four, the Initial Base Case Financial Model shall be run to solve for the Public Funds Amount or Concession Fee, as applicable, holding the Initial Pre-Refinancing Equity IRR and amount of debt proceeds constant and inputting only the changes recognizable under Section 7.06(b)(iii).

More Definitions of Initial Base Case Financial Model

Initial Base Case Financial Model means the Base Case Financial Model dated June 1, 2012 delivered by the Borrower to the Agent (with confirmation of receipt of same delivered by the Lender to the Borrower on or before the date of this Agreement).

Initial Base Case Financial Model means the Base Case Financial Model dated September 26, 2023 with file name REDACTED [confidential information] and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, which Base Case Financial Model has been approved by the Joint Lead Arrangers in consultation with the Independent Technical Consultant, which Base Case Financial Model is based on the Mine Plan and includes the "Project Sources and Uses" as summarized in Schedule Q.
Initial Base Case Financial Model means the Base Case Financial Model dated September 26, 2023 with file name REDACTED [confidential information] and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, which Base Case Financial Model has been approved by the Joint Lead Arrangers in consultation with the Independent Technical Consultant, which Base Case Financial Model is based on the Mine Plan and includes the "Project Sources and Uses" as summarized in Schedule Q. "Initial Mandatory Gold Hedge/Mandatory CapEx FX Hedge" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto pursuant to Section 11.2.
Initial Base Case Financial Model means Developer’s financial model for the Project as of the Commercial Close Date, which is attached in electronic format as Exhibit U (Financial Model and Related Information).

Related to Initial Base Case Financial Model

  • Base Case Financial Model means a financial model prepared by the Borrower forecasting the revenues and expenditures of the Project for time periods through the Final Maturity Date and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the TIFIA Lender as of the Effective Date, which model shall be provided to the TIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel – based financial model or such other format requested by the TIFIA Lender.

  • Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Base Case Projections means the initial forecast for the Project prepared as of the Effective Date using the Base Case Financial Model.

  • CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report The monthly report in “Comparative Financial Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the
