Common use of Committee Proposals Clause in Contracts

Committee Proposals. All committee proposals shall be forwarded to the Board of Education by way of the superintendent's office. The superintendent may return the proposal with his/her recommendation to the committee for further study. After further study, the committee's report and minority report, if any, will be forwarded to the Board of Education by the superintendent in its entirety. Responses which the superintendent wishes to make may accompany the report(s) at the time they are forwarded to the Board.
