Common use of Committee Service and Duties Clause in Contracts

Committee Service and Duties. The President of the Association, the Chair of the Association Negotiations Team, and the Chair of the Association Grievance Committee will not be expected to serve on any other committees or to be available for registration and advisement duty independently of regular office hours. During the twelve (12) months preceding the expiration date of this Agreement, the provisions of this section shall apply also to members of the Association’s Negotiations Team.
